About Totesly

A quieter way to buy fragrance.

Totesly is a United States–based fragrance and beauty house. We stock designer and niche perfume, clinical skincare, and the small number of grooming and body products we would actually keep on our own shelf.

We are not a marketplace and we are not a discounter that lists everything. Every product on this site has been chosen deliberately — because the house behind it is serious about what it makes, or because the formula does something measurable, or simply because it is beautiful and worth owning.

What we sell, and what we do not

We sell authentic product. Full stop. Every fragrance we ship arrives new, in its original manufacturer packaging, with the factory seal intact. We do not sell testers presented as retail bottles, we do not decant, and we do not stock replicas, clones or inspired-by formulations under a designer name.

If a bottle is a tester, a discontinued batch, or otherwise not a standard sealed retail unit, it is described that way on the product page. We would rather lose a sale than surprise you.

Where we ship

Shipping is free on every order within the United States — no minimum, no threshold to reach, no code to enter. We also ship worldwide; international rates are calculated live at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

How to reach a person

Write to support@totesly.com and a real person will answer, usually within one business day. If you are trying to choose between two fragrances and want an honest opinion about which one suits what you have described, ask. That is genuinely one of our favourite parts of this job.
