This website is operated by Totesly. Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to Totesly. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Eligibility

We make every effort to display product colours, packaging and descriptions as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your display will render colour accurately. Fragrance formulations, packaging and batch presentation are determined by the manufacturer and may change without notice; where a manufacturer updates a bottle or carton design, you may receive the current version.

All products sold are authentic and sourced through authorised distributors and established wholesale channels. Unless a product page states otherwise, products are supplied new, unopened, and in original manufacturer packaging.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to discontinue any product at any time, and to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in United States Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in pricing or product information, and to cancel orders arising from such errors, including after an order has been submitted. Where an order is cancelled for this reason, we will refund you in full.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods. We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order, and may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that are placed by resellers or distributors where prohibited.

6. Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and associated payment providers. By providing payment information you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, timeframes, restrictions and customs responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intended use of products

Fragrance, cosmetics and skincare products are for external use only. Please read manufacturer instructions and ingredient lists before use, patch-test where advised, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product descriptions on this site are provided for information only and do not constitute medical advice. Nothing sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a known allergy or a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

10. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
