Every fragrance we sell is authentic, sourced through authorised US distributors and established wholesale channels — never open marketplaces, auction sites or unverified private sellers.
- Ships new and unopened in the manufacturer's own outer carton, cellophane seal intact.
- Batch codes are never removed, sanded, stickered over or obscured. You can verify the code on your bottle against any public batch-code database.
- Every order is checked by hand before dispatch — seal, carton, batch code, and that the bottle matches the listing exactly for size and concentration.
If you have any reason to believe a product is not authentic, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping and refund in full, and we will not ask you to prove anything first.
United States — free on every order. No minimum, no threshold, no code required. Standard delivery in 3 to 7 business days for the contiguous 48 states, 5 to 10 for Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
International. We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on your destination and order weight, and shown in full before you pay. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your own country and are payable by you.
Orders are picked, inspected and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.
A note on timing: perfume is classed as a limited-quantity hazardous good because of its alcohol content, so it must travel by ground within the US and by approved surface services internationally. This is a regulatory constraint, not a delay on our end.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and unopened, with the factory seal and original packaging intact.
Once a seal is broken, a personal-care product cannot lawfully be resold — every reputable retailer in this category applies the same rule.
If something is wrong, none of the above applies. Damaged, faulty, incorrect or inauthentic items are refunded or replaced in full, we pay return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.
